A Stand with superb stats that can YEET anything from existence with its hand, including the distance between itself and the opponent.

And put in the hands of a dumbass in a setting where even the most seemingly mundane powers used the most creatively and tactically to outwit the opponent is what decides almost every fight.

The funny part is that for all of Part 4 trying to make Okuyasu be dumb... he really isn't.
He is pretty inventive when it comes to his powers and the only failure he has is that he doesn't just instantly kill people with it or is too slow on the uptake.
But that's usually how Araki does things:

Everyone is practically geniuses and know how to use their Stands and powers in extremely creative ways and the supposed idiots are only SLIGHTLY dumber than them.

I always laugh off that Rat shit though and how everyone somehow knew that Star Platinum can freeze time...
Kakyion literally died for fucking nothing considering random geeks and a mouse found out the secret far easier.
 
People acting like that rat wasn't busted being able to shoot a shot so that Jotaro dodges a certain way that he gets hit by the ricochet
 
By the way, are fanfictions accepted?

I just recently came across a PJO x Fate fanfiction in which Shiro had to use fucking UBW on two Chimeras, since Caliburn was not enough in his hands. Plus, his ward died.

Do you know what the excuse was in the next chapter?

The fact that the Chimeras in the PJO world are stronger than in the FGO...

I mean, it depends on how Chimeras are in PJO since that series as a whole is actually downplayed pretty hard to the point even I didn't realize it was downplayed very hard.
