how?

day phase people need to literally pick a target and scum have to fake scumhunt in order to not be caught. there needs to reasoning and scumhunting involved and it helps you solve better. leaving someone as the go to lynch, as we have done this phase(although ultra tried) means you get none of that. how could you ever think it's better for you to try shooting as a hero?

Because the most obvious target is the most obvious target to get fucked with, Einstein. If you shoot the guy that most of us agree is the next guy on the chopping block, that means he's also the most likely slot for that shot to get wasted because someone else shot there, he's the most likely slot to get busdriven by scum, if he is indeed scum then he's the most likely slot for them to protect, etc. Shooting where everyone would expect a shot to go is a waste of a shot.

i agree with all of this except when it is unknown you have a bullet and the vig is exposed because they're more likely to just fuck with the vig. But fair enough, that is rational.
