Aww Vex come on, why you gotta do Discord dirty like this? The chapter was (well IS) fucking awesome, this is well on the way to being the best fight in the story, but then you end it like THAT!

You literally PLOT ARROWED Discord (yes it's exactly what it sounds like) and it made only a little more sense than when it happened to Mustache (at least here it's based on something that was in the show and therefore established before hand).

Like I'm supposed to believe Discord isn't going to react to a spear THROWN FROM A DISTANCE, by Queen Chrysalis who is MUCH WEAKER THAN HIM even in this story's universe. And I'm supposed to believe this because.

Because Discord's never been in a "real fight" and therefore doesn't know how to dodge. 🤦‍♂️

Don't get me wrong. I understand the necessity of the fact you need to get rid of Discord right now or Substitute Starlight wouldn't really be a threat but at least have it be fired POINT BLANK or from behind him where he doesn't see it coming (and done by the much stronger Espada Chrysalis). That would be easier to swallow than what's here.
 
Hurr durr Discord has no combat experience and that blast from Tirek looks slow and he "had time to react" (ignoring the fact he deliberately waited until the last second before doing so), that was all within human level reactions. :hm

Yeah let's ignore the fact that even CHILD Ponies in this universe can move faster than the eye can see. The Cutie Mark Crusaders ran from Ponyville to the Crystal Empire (effectively the middle of Equestria to the Far North) in a matter minutes to less than an hour. Scootaloo can clear half of Ponyville to the farmland outside in less than a minute and that's in Season One.

ADULT Unicorns couldn't react to Tirek's blast at the time, weather he was weakened or not. That shit is NOT within "average human reactions", a human would have had his head blown off before he even knew anything was happening.

Not to mention this absurd notion that Discord's reactions MUST be slow because he gets hit a lot. Ignoring the fact he ALLOWED himself to be hit on several of those occasions (namely Starlight and Sombra) and Tirek was STRONGER than him at the time he defeated him. He couldn't have avoided that by that point.

This is so frustrating because this story is fucking amazing but I can't stand how he treats the Equestrian characters (the non-Alicorn characters) as being so fucking weak. And for obviously stupid reasons.

I'm not saying it. FGO said it. No idea why this is translated so poorly though. And if you'd noticed, Enkidu doesn't have divinity. Not even E- like Medusa. If he had any left, it wasn't even worth ranking.

Enkidu is literally a weapon of the Gods themselves and is literally a walking Divine Construct. Why would the Gods be concerned or give Protection... to a walking weapon?
Enkidu has Divinity in his goddamned Profile, Mats and Ingame because he is literally made by the Gods... as a weapon to get Gilgamesh in line, that was literally his entire fucking purpose. How is this seriously hard to understand?

I'm not even gonna lie. First thing I noticed wasn't your argument to this random spaz on spacebattles, it was the top pic of Ishtar, lol. Fate loves reusing Rin, don't they? Not that I blame them too much for that, even if I personally wouldn't put her at the top of the nasuverse waifu tier list.

Well she is the archetype of the Tsundere genre even if I don't like how it's been used lately but yeah, maybe I should have watched that lol.

It's funnier they keep bringing up the one Lightning feat as if it's somehow credible because "hur-durr Natural Lightning" like they don't realize by their dumb rules, even THAT isn't considered a Lightning Timer feat since "there's a delay" or some bullshit...

Oh wait, this is RWBY so it's somehow credible despite their logic at saying otherwise.

Even if their lighting timing feat was legit, Peter still dodges lasers every other week, so it wouldn't even matter.
