I think there's an argument for being lenient about it knowing these claims will be most reliable on Day 1, someone like Gad for example has gotten name dropped a lot, would be better served to have him claim and save the mech for truly useless bakas like Dofla
 
Basically I think with Janitor almost certainly in play I think risk of exposing more claims is outweighed by getting ahead of who is strongly suspected, most likely to be a lynch candidate going forward, and not giving any of these slots if scum a shot at having a better claim...nothing too crazy but ~3 from the stinkiest players should suffice.

i feel like he always plays kinda strange
idk if i ever saw him try to solve other than maybe atla but that game was his fave flavor plus i hosted

as for retro, i dont know how i feel abt her emotional outburst
i def think its out of the norm for her to not be fence-sitty in dp1
esp after last game ended badly with speed lynches and she said herself that she should have given me time to defend myself and thought thru it more etc. instead of just pointing fingers and yelling "SCUM!"
but also last game, she herself said that if i was faking my emotion, then it would turn out as a girl who yelled wolf sorta thing
this kinda makes me uneasy as it implies she doesnt like fake AtEs

take metal gear mafia for instance
i claimed indie and she was willing to cooperate with me

here she claims ekko is indie yet wants to lynch him off the bat
(also to note that in metal gear, she asked for abilities to be used on ppl they suspected could be indie and have the lynches reserved for ppl u think r scum)
her behavior contradicts a lot idk
im fine with getting a claim from her

I don't think is very accurate to be honest Hime. Ekko has Scum can be as tenacious as anyone - there are plenty of reasons to scum read him but I don't think him refusing to claim (I've seen him do this as town) and not fighting to the end are relevant ones. I do like that you've given it, or appeared to at least, some extra thought by reconciling what he could be aiming for, but otherwise I get the impression you want to add a new reason for the sake of adding one rather than it being a pressing observation you felt you just share.

im around but there is not much more to add without going in circles. ive already said all i have and done my part from my end. the only thing i didnt do is claim because its cheap. if people dont read me town without it i wont rely on it to make them do so. let them live with it.

just get ur lynch that ur so proud of but dont pretend to know how i play or that i play in one way when u dont know lol

check my legacy, recollect thoughts tomorrow and go from there etc..
 
i think there is not much value to screaming at people repeatedly. just saying what u have and leaving it to the room is better. ive tried the former recently and it always makes the other view u in negative light and not work with me so im switching it up

the not claiming is an ego thing, not an alignment indicative thing. i dont care lol. i wont claim before my counter wagon who im sure is scum does. and i wont claim in general if i belive the case on me is shit (which is gonna be like 90% of the time lol)

and yep im still town. if someone got actual stimulating questions im happy to answer. beyond that there is no actual case on me and nothing ive not already debunked or is not NAI. its mostly a waste of a day imo. make it atleast worthwhile by getting something out of the 2nd or 3rd scum reads

I did? I get it, hard to keep track of. I think they're playing the too energetic part and jumping around on their pushes. The magic interaction is just part of what made them feel slippery to pin down

Actually now that you mentioned I do remember Retro in Cake's last game willing to work with indies too. Good point.
