Omniversal++, he scales far above leaps and bounds stronger than PR Beyonder, (From Scathan fodderizing him) and is somewhere relative to the 616 tribunal M-body, which could still no-sell the nuking of all existence from the M'kraan Crystal.
That's not to say the scaling he benefits from since both he and Warlock with the gauntlet one-shot Mutli-Eternity, which encapsulates all creation in Marvel, including the Macroverse, NOAR, and other Multiverses. (Not related to Crossovers)
He's honestly far stronger than most people give him credit, and placing him anywhere below Beyonder is literally criminal.

Problem I see with Thanos is his best scaling feats all come from Starlin's stuff. Him fighting Odin, Galactus, stomping with the IG (could be wrong about the IG), etc. All comes from his Starlin run (Or Thanos Wins). Starlin's cosmology is detailed out over the course of his comics and it isn't the same, nor is it as impressive or complex as other Marvel stories portray the cosmology, which wouldn't be a problem if Starlin wasn't so insular with his cosmology and storylore and is basically writing his own verse and franchise.
I could be wrong I have 2000 DC scans and shitton of knowledge on (Pre-Flashpoint) DC, but like 200 Marvel scans all relegated to Starlin's works
Going by purely Starlin's stuff I saw it like this:
Plane of existence = Universal --> Universe = Infinite Planes of Existence = Multiversal+ --> Infinity Abyss of Infinite Other Universes = Megaversal+ --> Above All Others = Omniversal
