This was Ratchet's town read of Jag early D1 too. Later in the game, he did go back and forth with Jag's slot, but this kinda seems too easy from scum Ratchet to town read a teammate this way (?)


Ratchet voted RDK last day phase in his first post. Could be a bus vote to regain his thread status after the Ultra flip, or a vote to appeal to the majority who suspect RDK, I'm leaning more to the former.

Any thoughts are welcome.


Also, these were Ratchet's reads on the day he got lynched. Lethal's there for obvious reasons, question is how much we trust the other slots.

I highly doubt Ratchet puts all his mates there. So if Lethal's there already, I anticipate at most 1 more.

Ratchet is a null for me - he stays firmly planted in my "do not trust, he will push you off a cliff in a pool of orcas and laugh. Fuck that guy" reads. So he's an impressive threat and very capable.

When I see more dialogue between Mags and him I'm sure it'll also help solidify a read past null - because that's where the meat is, not the bristle.

As scum, I think he'd strategically use your high regard for him to lull you into a false sense of security but I don't think he's doing that here

As town, he'd give a sense security in a different way like encouraging further engagement from you, do specific things - a town tell from him - like tag a suspect or a person he reads town. And he's far more pushy about getting a different perspective as town by deconstructing the logic

He's more linear in a sense and he tends to stray less from topics to avoid scum using irrelevant points to their advantage and shuts that shit down quick. but it's also not necessarily a de facto ultra Town tell. Just something I perceived

Magic vs Ratchet (or Ultra vs Ratchet) always helps paint a clearer picture on them for me and idk why

This read of Ratchet is really bad for me 'cause she doesn't really take a stance on him. However, it at least logically tracks with her "I'm paranoid of Ratchet" phrase.

This is actually something I didn't consider before, actually. I don't think Magic was planting seeds however, but it could be an unintentional consequence and add additional paranoia when none was present. Just by talking about it

People are very fallible, with this in mind I'm gonna ISO Ratchet and look at it from this angle as it's definitely happened to me before where he was within his town range but was colored falsely and different by paranoid town enough to sway me

What are things that should be looked into when it comes to Ratchet pulling strings? Are there like some habits I haven't seen or noticed

He posts a lot of things that isn't necessarily alignment indicative - I think he's just naturally a high volume poster (to others' dismay) and somewhat erratic at times with his activity

He also switches his range on purpose and tries to avoid echoing his other scum play to compartmentalize for sure tho

Tells Melkor about Luka's meta and kinda helps Melkor.
