I'm just "loving" how we saw Magento EMP the whole planet and yet people are still siding with him.
At least mutants can screech about Genoshia to humanity, unlike 616 where Cassandra did all that shit (and she still lives in the comics, last I checked).
I'm talking about the X-Men 97 show and how IRL peeps on social media see that action as justified. What issue

Makes sense. Movies have been largely shit since 2020, the current trend of releasing movies on streaming at the same time as release since Covid, and to a lesser extent a lot of Americans are sick of most celebrities these daysY'all need to look at this: https://www.the-numbers.com/market/

The number of annual ticket sales in the United States all used to be above the baseline of one billion before 2020, peaking at over a billion and a half in 2002 and 2003...
In 2020 it dropped by over a billion less tickets for the first time to just 200 million...
And it took two years for it to be just over half a billion and we have still yet to go back to reaching the 1 billion tickets threshold.
Let that sink in.
I'd rather nintendo be doing what they are doing now and have been than them suddenly turning into Microsoft or Sony.I don't like Nintendo profits getting higher because it just gives them an excuse to keep up the fuckery that they've been up to in general/rest on their laurels![]()
Nah we good right nowSo I have a question for y'all:
Are there any local theaters around your area in America (assuming any of the other people in this thread I'm addressing are my fellow Yanks)...
Currently in danger of closing due to the following factors:
1. COVID (and its enduring ripples)
2. Inflation (increasing the most depending on your area)
3. Proliferation and surging of video streaming platforms and services?
Or a combination of the above?
Nah Nintendo is notorious for bullying small businesses due to copyright lawsI don't like Nintendo profits getting higher because it just gives them an excuse to keep up the fuckery that they've been up to in general/rest on their laurels![]()
Well even here local theater's barely cameback after covid. Before that, I was a regular movie goer
In one What If, Venom manages to take over the Hulk and has troubles controlling Thor. I guess he can take control of Mark.could venom actual take over someone that strong?
isn't there an upper limit for venom to take over someone and they can just strip it away from them at some point like pete did?
Speaking of, I think this movie just confirmed that Shin is indeed the more skilled pilot than Kira when he’s keeping his head cool. Or least now after having to really focus on skill for the time spent using the Immortal Justice which wasn’t meant for him.Well even here local theater's barely cameback after covid.
so yea it's expected, also those who are paying for online services like netflix, amazon prime etc just kept their subscription rather than going to local theaters.
