Should be at the higher end of large building level, since even basic commoners in TF2 are capable of rocket jumping, having up to city block dura with power up canteens. Said canteens can also boost the shit out of his attack power, and iirc most characters in CSM don't reach as high in the large building level range. Speedwise he's probably anywhere from relativistic to FTL given he can tag Scout, who, among being able to dodge laser fire while amped with Bonk!, is also said to be faster than satellite lasers without it. There's also spells which might be included just going off DB giving everyone the benefit of the doubt, which mostly consists of shit like undead summoning, teleportation, invisibility, and self healing. I get what they're trying to say, as far as a narrative viewpoint (either writing or watching) stuff like feats pretty much exist solely to serve the story and really doesn't matter. Sure people will meme on certain moments if dumb shit happens like that laser going through Goku, but otherwise most people don't care. Really this hobby is just an extension of the age old "who would win" arguments we used to have as kids which itself probably comes from the fact that us humans just like to watch shit fight.
