Yes, they said it overloads the opponent with infinite information so it's not exactly an attack in the traditional sense and if it was she wouldn't be able to transfer it to a finite amount of people.

Yeah they said his domain didn't technically count as an attack only one of the senses and she can only regenerate if there was mass to regrow but his purple technique reduces his target to "zero" so there was nothing to regenerate from.
Scoob vs Courage though... Yeah, it doesn't take a genius to figure out the connections here.
I've always been a bit of an enjoyer of Scooby-Doo, so I'll be backing Scooby in this.
