It's not like resisting an energy beam of that thing equates to resisting every possible effect it has. As it stands you just get that Magneto's shields can resist reality warping, which doesn't equate to offensive capacity in any shape or form. Also not sure what you mean with "gamed the system"? Point was that Magneto blocking power cosmic reality warping with his EM field (honestly what bs were the writers on when they accepted that as solution) doesn't exempt his EM stuff from Accels vector shield. His EM fields aren't in themselves reality warping of a power cosmic's nature, after all.

Accels powers are also on a universal scale, so eh. Don't see how protecting against reality warping powers comes into play here, as defending against them with an EM Shield doesn't mean the shield warps reality. And if we gonna do technicalities Esper powers kinda warp reality, too, given that they make reality work according to an Espers personal reality. And then there's platinum wing bullshit.

Accelerator has demonstrated his vector shield protecting him from powers directly targeting his internals. Both teleportation fails as does Nephthy's power to drain moisture from inside opponents. So yeah, don't see controlling iron in Accels body work... especially not via an external magnetic field. And Accels power work on a quantum level. I mean, all esper powers do. That's the working principle behind them. That they do change reality on the quantum level, via Schrödinger's Cat and stuff.

Small Correction: Touma can negate those things. For those, the problem is that the supernatural state is just restored instantly, as the negation effect doesn't reach the source of the phenomenon. But there are other examples like Accel's angel wings.

I mean, as said, it's not just transmutation. It's having your laws of nature changed which results in you falling apart to sand, as that's just how your matter behaves with the new laws. But yeah, Ben's probably too fast. Kakine is just Mach 100 or somewhere in the realtivistic area depending on how you scale him.

Negating energy and transforming someone back into a human is not exactly comparable to what Kakine does. He changes the laws of nature based on which the matter and energy you are made from work. What you wanna look for are feats of resisting the laws of physics being changed, not energy being negated. (See To Aru Majutsu no Index Volume 15 Chapter 5 and To Aru Kagaku no Dark Matter Chapter 4 for reference)

She is exactly as starved. And that is assuming the Heracles fight as such happens to begin with. There's a decent chance for Touma to leave that path earlier.
