Maybe I‘m giving Nibel too much leniency. But he does feel a lot more carefree here and also more confrontational.

Ì can see the confrontation angle. But then again, he was less confrontational cause we kinda decided on it last game. Not sure if that's a good read here. Still valid tho, for now.

Tbf neither the extent of his scum range or Town range have been fully explored yet, so let‘s just treat him like a wild card I guess. Just interesting you and Magic were both scum with him and have different takes here.
 
Gram's not posted enough tbh.

Magic thinks Nibel is town and hasn't expanded on that, to the best of my knowledge. I don't necessarily agree or disagree, but my take on his post remains if that makes sense.

As you said yourself the entrance felt 'forced'; but I like you are still not committing to blank checking off Nibel's as town.
