Considering the fact that Kishin is supposed to come from Lord Death who stole everyone's powers in Fire Force? Yeah, everyone should get massive buffs because of that alone. It isn't just Lord Death who benefits from Fire Force.
Shadow Benimaru having his attack encircle the Planet actually does happen and the attack itself is huge. And the Doppelgangers are shaped by how Humanity sees you(Shinra's Doppelganger is everything people see him as for example)
So yeah, Lord Death should be Planetary in power too, not just Reality Warping.
So who does benefit from it? Besides the Kishin and Lord Death

I would say anyone who can actually do some decent damage to Kishin would while not equal them, would be boosted high up there from them.
It's also something to remember where those abilities and powers would equally scale to as well.
I plan on reading the Manga sooner or later but I know Crona would be due to becoming Kishin's Seal in the end.
Want to tack on a couple more, one a bit feat and the other actually substantial.Demon Slayer has no feats, I'm not even sure how one goes about talking consistency when its propped up by... air.
The series is propped up by Doma and Muzan's feats. Enmu's death is a distant 3rd place. Tengen's feat is difficult to gauge at best, and underwhelming at worst. Tanjirou splitting that boulder shouldn't be a highlight (similar to other sparse, if not larger scale cutting feats from Upper 6th and such). Rengoku derailing that train car is basically tacked on lacking for anything more notable.
It should be more impressive than slicing the boulder, but the specifics of figuring out the surface area is too much of a pain in the ass for my liking because buildings are annoying like that.
Now the actual meat.
Think I forgot about this one because I conflated what Daki did with Gyutaro's death throes. The anime did remind me of it, and Nezuko apparently helped counter some of it on empty in both mediums. Scale is harder to discern in the manga, I have no real clue how to derive a definitive size, but it looks like another comfortably multi block kind of feat either way. North of an MOAB/FOAB, but south of operation Sailor Hat. Author doesn't believe in craters, not that the attack was directed at the ground to accomplish it.
Misaka Mikoto(Toaru) vs Achilles(Fate)
In-character for both, and there's no knowledge or prep. The Location is a Forest. The distance is 30 meters. All equipment is available for both. Achilles has a grail as a mana source. Misaka is not on her way to Level 6 but has the A.A.A. The Victory Conditions are Death, BFR, or Incapacitation.

The dude has more bullshit feats in terms of power and strength in his Lightning(i.e. His True Name Release Noble Phantasm alongside Edison's held back 28 Demon God Pillars in America, nothing shows they are any majorly weaker than the named Demon God Pillars and mind, 1 of them in Phenex carried a Country Sized Landmass in the air and kept pieces of it floating in midair alongside it while fighting Servants and dying in the meantime), speed and durability in general.
EDIT: The truly hilarious part? The Turas Realta Manga actually heavily agrees with Tesla saying he can destroy a continent at full blast considering Fergus was going to destabilize the entire Singularity with Caladbolg...
Combined with him and Edison holding back all 28 Demon God Pillars...

And yeah, it's funny that Siriel is the only one downplaying Tesla when he DOESN'T have Light feats in the slightest(Him and Edison holding back 28 DGPs with their NP's isn't "light" in the slightest) and we have seen Servants can store an absurd amount of Mana and throw that shit out in the massive tons without a problem(see Sieg-Fried spamming Non and TNR Balmungs due to the energy tossed at him from Karna and in the air).
Misaka hasn't shown shit either that she can deal with others uses of EM Manipulation and Tesla does have Pioneer of the Stars which can allow him to do impossible things(like Human Drake being able to use her Noble Phantasm due to using the skill to literally leech off her Servant self with the aid of the Grail she has).

Misaka and Tesla face off against each other on a desert plain, they start 2 km apart and both are in character but serious about winning. Misaka has composite feats except level 6 shift, Teslahas all FGO anime and game feats, win by KO or Death.
