The information on Cernunnos isn't even that hard to find, people went fucking nuts when they saw him, either due to how fluffy he is or how bullshit overpowered it is or how he ultimately fucked over Koyanskaya, Beast 4 Lost before she even became it.

Let me put this into perspective: Cernunnos can literally create World Destroying(No not a joke nor hyperbole, 100% legit) Curses that looks like a Huge fucking Tree it's size(which is like above 12 Kilometers+) that are too fucking fast for Servants to dodge and if it ever got out of the hole it's in, it would basically spawn those by potentially the dozens, if not hundreds and virtually destroy the World by existing... because it's not even alive, it's long DEAD and it literally moves on the grudges, hatred and other negative emotions of the Fae. And yes, it has absurd durability and regenerative capabilities at that.

The fact they even think Gojou has any more than a "in his dreams" chance of victory, you are so gravely mistaken.

EDIT: I even forgot the most bullshit thing about it: Getting too close to it nearly killed Mash meaning you MUST keep your distance or you will die just getting too close, but yeah, Gojou will absolutely stalemate it. Unbelievable.

Book of the End wasn't being used to restore Ichigo's Bankai you fucking tool, it was used to undo The Almighty's changes which prevented Orihime from doing so in the fucking first place. You have this completely backwards, it was Orihime who needed Book of the End's power to restore Ichigo's sword, NOT the other way around.

Shunsui got beat up by an average Nazi (ROBERTOOOO) so outside of Bankai he would get beat by basically any major Nazi...and Renji and Rukia...and Stark because we're in denial that there's a clear power difference between Shunsui when his Zanpaktou is cooperative and when it isn't and he totally NEEDED the cheap shot.

Connect the dots is how you establish who powerscales to what feats. Collateral or not is irrelevant. Cell in Dragon Ball is emphatically beyond Freeza, but literally every feat in the arcs between Freeza coring Namek and the start of the fight with Majin Buu are gutter trash compared to even our pithy modern nukes. Going by your logic, because of the lack of collateral between arcs, the characters are emphatically weaker than their feats from the previous arc.

Expository statements about raw power, even those taken about Amaterasu being as powerful as the Sun, are taken with a grain of salt compared to the power exhibited by those in a given tier and how they compare to one another in combat.

She's comparable to Goetia, who even at baseline from Solomon's Corpse, generates a small galaxy sized model of the universe and developed a NP on the level of a Supernova. Amaterasu is vastly beyond something as pithy as the power the sun brings to bear every second it burns nuclear fuel.

Excalibur being able to destroy a larger quantity of Grail Mud does not give it the ability to destroy Nrvnqsr's Soil of Genesis. To begin with both Nrvnqsr and Nasu said that even at full strength/a serious Arcueid would not be able to kill him. Let's assume that this means 30% Arc and not 100%. 30% Arc is stated by Nasu to have the firepower of 4 Servants, by comparison Gilgamesh is stated to have the firepower of 5 Servants. Gil is also stated to be above even Saber Alter and Artoria as a living human in firepower.
These statements do not match up with the idea of Excalibur being able to destroy the Soil of Genesis, which only needs enough power to destroy a continent, and thus also restricts Gram from being as powerful as the sun.

Also, Arcueid being equivalent to 4 Servants is not the equivalent to her being equal to their Noble Phantasms. Its rather telling when Nasu has also clarified that she'd fall to a pair of Servants working in concert that the NP are entirely excluded from the Equation. Made extra obvious when Gilgamesh's strongest NP, Enuma Elish, is only nominally considered stronger than Excalibur in shear raw power and supercedes it due to spatial hax. His power is also largely based on spamming GoB, the sheer volume of attacks that make him out to be more than 1 person.

What gets me the most about this is two-fold:

1. Collateral damage makes zero fucking sense in fiction and never works at all for any true barometer on any level. While DBZ loves to be used, Bleach, Naruto, Fairy Tail, etc. fucking hell, all of fiction consistently has problems with portraying collateral damage constantly because fucking no one keeps up with that shit consistently.
If we still used Collateral Damage to mean anything, Ulquirroa, H2 Ichigo, Hollow Aizen and Soul King Yhwach should be the strongest beings in the series and no one should match them at all... despite how absolutely insane that sounds. And that's just one example from one of those series.

2. He is primarily using the fact that Stage 7 Sefar was nearing the level of Amaterasu before she was killed in Fate/Extella to state that Amaterasu is JUST Star level:

The issue is that when you actually bother to read up further on what Amaterasu is capable of(literally peering through the timeline whenever she wants, basically pull someone else to her from throughout time and space, even becoming a threat to the Tricholocosm which would basically be a Galaxy-Wide threat equal to Goetia) AND ignores what Sefar is capable of(i.e. Anything "Civilization" or "Intelligence based" basically bounces the fuck off her and makes her stronger) is why Amaterasu was in absolute danger of Sefar aiming to get rid of her next.

This also does hilariously miss how bullshit Cernunnos is which kinda removes the "Amaterasu is JUST the level of the Sun" when the fucker was able to take 12 Rhongomyniads and it only just destroyed it's face(Yeah he had those millennia of curses and hate from the Fairies but that doesn't mean shit for the bodies' durability).

She physically outclasses everyone but the cosmic god types like the Celestials or Dormammu, and she's much faster than all the normal heroes and villains besides Makkari so the more haxy types like Wanda and Strange won't be able to use their hax powers in time before she just slices them in half, so she'll slaughter everyone besides the aforementioned cosmic gods.
