I'm not sure how the hell that makes VS weak considering Pashupata is canonically one of the 3 Great Astras next to Brahmastra and Ash's version. And considering canonically, both Karna AND Arjuna died from that mean that both equal each other in power... which makes alot of sense considering in FGO, Arjuna only died using it AND having to forcefully regulate it the entire time to only destroy the Demon God Pillars and not everyone else.
Let us not forget that:
1. Ashwatthama was canonically immortal as not only stated by the characters but even by Koyanskaya herself due to the blessing God Arjuna gave him(Which also gave him back his fucked up curse).
2. Karna and Rama was explicitly famed down badly in the same Lostbelt due to barely anyone even knowing or remembering them and they ALSO explicitly bring this up before what happened. Even at the tail end, they was still affected by the Fame down:

This also ignores that it killed Stage 3 Sefar(i.e. The one we see ingame) that the only other people who killed it was Regalia users and other bullshit high Tier Servants.

You also murder the fuck out of an Ashura from Ashina. Okina is actually from there. And Ashuras are top tier. Something even Isshin has difficulty dealing with.

Remember that SB legit have so much contradictory bullshit on what constitutes Lightning speed, they rarely count anyone normally faster than that which leads to them basically saying everyone is just supersonic unless it's a pet series.
SB always downplay every outlandish feat, even if they're consistent.
