All are in-character, and there is no knowledge or prep. The Location is Olympus and the Bleached Earth. The Big Gete Star has all of its resources shown in the movie, and the Machine Gods include all of them, including Chaos. The Victory Conditions are Death, BFR, or Incapacitation.

I know I have people on SB watching me wreck them constantly here and I know there are some guests who lurk the Nasuverse Topic at times(I didn't do that 10K views on my own lol... or did I?) but it would be nice to have some people to talk to rather than just basically whenever Rey or Vespa feels like it.

I mean regardless, we have full on proof that we have Lightspeed Servants now thanks to FGO without need of calcs but it still helps.

Okay I'm reading over the chapter where Shikai Shunsui at full power and Released Stark fought (374) and frankly I don't even see where the idea Stark is significantly faster comes from.
1st Exchange - Stark jumps up to avoid the 2nd Kageoni but is only barely able to block the first Irooni strike and unable to avoid the second one, despite being able to see Shunsui coming from a significant distance.
2nd Exchange - Stark circles around and lands the "white" slash on Shunsui's back before Shunsui turns to block the next strike. So we have both characters with an instance where the other was barely able to react and got hit.
3rd Exchange - The two duel in close quarters for a bit with neither being able to land a hit on the other. All while Stark complains about having to "fight someone so strong". Funny how Stark himself attributes Shunsui's performance to Shunsui being strong and not to the injury that supposedly significantly weakened him if you ask some other people here? 
Final Exchange - Shunsui ducks a slash from Stark, throwing off his Captain's cloak as a distraction. Stark looks down to see Shunsui ready to do the fatal slash, yet the supposedly significantly faster character can do NOTHING to avoid the "black" lung that followed and died as a result of it.
They both surprised each other with their speed throughout the fight, with Shunsui landing two hits to Stark's one and the two dueling evenly for several pages. I'm not seeing how they are anything except on par with each other in terms of speed.
