It also might not be in character strat for him to do so. I've only seen some of the fights so I don't know about that last part.
Why do we keep pretending that Weiss's Glyphs would halt Heracles... at all? I have seen plenty of Weiss' Glyph use in the past and they are honestly STUPIDLY limited as they need to appear AND activate first and only work by Dust and aren't even true Magic and not even in the Magecraft sense, they really aren't magic even then. And considering they keep forgetting Heracles has EoTM, he CAN sense when something can actually hurt him or not and defend himself accordingly, which was why he usually needed to be caught off guard for Rin to even get a kill on him at all or the same for the other Servants.
Command Seals last I checked aren't automatic and need to be used. Which would mean she'd need to either be fast enough to activate it or tough enough to handle being fucked up by a glyph or the little teleport knight blindsiding her.
Again, Illya doesn't have Command Spells, that's literally just her modified Magic Circuits that are so potent, it pretends to act as one. She doesn't need to make any commands at all, all she would need to do is pour even more Mana into Heracles to get him into "Bad End" Mode(Both Figuratively as it basically just induces Hera's Madness and literally as when she does this, you tend to end up in a Bad Ending) and fuck everyone up.... not that it's needed for this.
Well if he can fly that could be a way of apply a constant pressure against her control, which would likely make it a lot harder sling out/maintain multiple glyphs if the propulsion is strong enough. That would be also good method of wearing her down too and dealing with the only actual useful thing they have.
...Heracles wouldn't need to do that...
We literally have a scene in the anime of UBW where Rin was only able to temporarily incapacitate him in a Gravity Spell before he broke out of that.
Weiss has never been shown on that same level ONCE.

And by debris I meant shrapnel. Blast/shockwave/ettc that send chunks of earth flying are a serious hazard if you aren't superhuman. It shows up a lot in fiction never really focused on as an issue until it's plot relevant.
