No Servant that meets the conditions to be here can beat a serious Tatsumaki.
Artoria, Gilgamesh, Heracles, Raikou, Tesla, Dantes, any Lostbelt King, Sigurd, Siegfried, Karna, Arjuna, Li Shuwen.
There, I named a random number of Servants that can canonically clean a "serious" Tatsumaki's clock. I didn't even go further into others like Barghest, Morgan, Merlin, Oberon, Ashwatthaman, Gawain, Ozymandias, etc.
Romulus is featless as a normal servant. So he has nothing to suggest Tatsumaki doesn’t just slap him.
Lancer Artoria being unable to make him budge unless she unlocks more of Rhongomyniad's power or go full "Lion King" is featless? Being able to randomly give skills to everyone in the party like Presence Concealment at a stupid high level due to his bullshit Imperial Privilege is "featless"? Him having a weapon equal to Rhongomyniad is featless?
Romulus-Quirinus and God Arjuna may be able to beat her by using the hax of their Authorities. Not to mention that God Arjuna should be immortal so Tatsumaki cannot even kill him.
I didn't know Tatsumaki can react to MFTL attacks(or damn near close considering characters that can react to Light couldn't even react to Chaos's Attack, only Ares and Romulus Quirinus did)... or being able to fuck with someone who can screw with the Yuuga Cycles and even at his "weakest" stomped the shit out of one of India's strongest Servants(Rama) without the slightest of fucks given while he had a group backing him up.
The strongest character Tatsumaki can defeat may be Surtr.
