Their videos are entertaining in spite of the fact that they're bad at scaling. The animations they make of the fights in particular are pure spectacle and entertainment at its finest. I watch them precisely for that, but never once have I been of the mind that they settle anything, or that their word on an MU was law, unlike that guy on Fanzverse.

Why would I watch any Death Battle episode when I can find smoother animation in the Hyun's Dojo Community, and also know 99% of the outcomes to these battles? But that's just me being a narcissist, I can understand why people (mainly casuals) are attracted to figuring out which one of these fictional characters beat each other, and DB is an easy consumable platform to do that with. And the animation is a nice bonus, if not all that creative.
