They're not actually his creations, he stole them from someone else when he was expanding his dark dimension and subsuming other dimensions into his own.
They're just a mindless wave of destruction that is just really hard to get rid of/put down conventionally, that's why he keeps them trapped in a bubble fighting each other.

Not really, they're just really, really hard to put down, even singular ones can range from country level all the way up to planet level+.
