The entire point of Gae Bolg is that the Effect happens before the Cause and the Cause itself is a complete formality. And considering it still worked while there was an ability that literally rewinds time to go first and Gae Bolg's Effect still happened even then?
The Almighty should never ressurect Yhwach because in technical terms, Yhwach has been hit by the Effect of Gae Bolg in every timeline he would try and shift and he would be dead in general. Especially since he would move each potential future into the timeline where he was hit by Gae Bolg's effect.
