Depends to be absolutely honest. I have heard Solar System at max for the current moment but then you have shit like Shiva's Third Eye being a Universe Buster but in the absolute literal sense(which is how Kama is now an actual Universe in the Ooku Event) and Ishtar Ashtart's main NP being a literal Universe.
And I have heard some translations have LB Zeus' full deactivation actually wasn't Anti-Solar System but Anti-Galaxy.
But for the current moment, it's primarily just Solar System is the max atm since it's the most we know of completely.
