FV Bleach >>> OLF To AruAm I missing something? Exactly how the fuck is Sakanade gonna help against Lillie, even limited to Base. Throwing his aim off doesn't stop him from turning intangible, which he can do on reaction to an attack.Lille vs Shinji
Scenario 1: Lille has knowledge of Sakanade Scenario 2: Shinji has knowledge of the X-Axis Scenario 3: No knowledge for both Stipulations: • Location is FKT • Lille is restricted to base only; Shinji starts with Shikai and his mask • Starting Distance is 50 meters Who wins?www.fanverse.org
Nevermind that it IS possible to adjust to Sakanade (Aizen did so on-panel in record time) so eventually Lillie should get used to it. At which point, Shinji is pretty much fucked.
But nah, according to everyone here Shinji wins and it's pretty much impossible to adjust to Sakanade even though we've seen it done on panel.
Fixed it for youFV Bleach >>> rest of fiction
"A frog with a sword" who CUTS A LANDMASS IN HALF.Me, thinking "There's no way someone could miscontrue Lavos's feats as the dinosaur killer and Day of Lavos happening and downplay the party who beat him-"
Most egregious examples of "attack potency"?
The example that leaps to mind is Magus from Chrono Trigger, a mage with incredible power. This guy is built up as a serious threat throughout the early part of the game and when you face him he's a decent challenge. Later, he joins your party and he's about as strong as every other character...forums.spacebattles.com
>he's only as strong as a cavewoman
that and they literally do not understand gameplay mechanics at all
I can do this with a sword. Easy as cake."A frog with a sword" who CUTS A LANDMASS IN HALF.

the legacy of wooden door level elric, we now have gun level multiverse bustersKlosterheim is just a guy with a gun. Oh yes, he is also an angel capable of warping reality and growing to the size of the multiverse. Just ignore that part.
SB tried to pull the lightspeed Jedi being a metaphor even in the example where the droid said "the speed of light is just under 300,000km a second, you're Jedi reflexes are good."Most egregious examples of "attack potency"?
I was kind of under the impression that prose literature (I.e. Text stories such as novels) can be particularly guilty offenders due to the way prose writers often like to play around with metaphors, leading to cases of narrative hyperbole. I.e. The infamous scene from the novelisation of...forums.spacebattles.com
ftl jedi is just a metaphor
Someone on SB also tried to downplay Lavos because his sprite changes shape on the world map and "because magic." The same argument as "FFVIs planet is really small because you're the size of towns and mountains."I can do this with a sword. Easy as cake.

IIRC one of the Chrono Trigger guidebooks say that you save the universe. Universal Frog & Ayla.Even has it as an anime cutscene
I liked how Sully ignored literally all of the context Morgan cited from my thread. Including the fact even fucking Jerry, who also favors firearms, can run an infinite distance on foot, smash through Pluto, and resist the Conjunction of Spheres as it reboots the multiverse.the legacy of wooden door level elric, we now have gun level multiverse busters

And the fact Elric can tangibly manifest as Count Zenith or White Crow without having to possess anyone. Only having to do so on rare occasions due to extenuating circumstances.
Even citing the fact Elric was on a dream quest in The Dreamthief's Daughter... in order to argue that Elric wasn't on a dream quest.
Hmm..they said Unicron wasn't multiversal for surviving the star saber being used to try to kill him repeatedly
the only thing we are ever told about the star saber is that if it fell into the wrong hands it destroys
the multiverseha
it is said to be mountain levelHmm..
Sounds at least mountain level to me.

Artoria gats hit all the time even by close range strikes, she is hardly untouchable. Ainz has servant level physicals on top of spammable teleportation and better range, he isn't some stationary target and saber isn't fast enough to blitz him before he can cast.
Are you seriously composing shirou to Ainz? Ainz can teleport and launch attacks capable of instantly engulfing areas the size of multiple city blocks. I shouldn't have ro have to explain why a Ainz attacking someone from behind will be harder to avoid than if fucking shirou is doing it
You have littraly shown nothing that suggests they can dodge him, Artoria is especially bad to use for comparison sinse she gets hit all the daamn time despite having instinct.
You have given no real reason at all as to why you think it won't work, let me just repeat myself.
No i meant teleportng above or behind them and blasting them with a spell they cant avoid. You keep trying to argue that servants will somehow immidetly be able to blast Ainz even though he has comparable stats and better range than most mid to high tier servants.
Ainz isn't some stationary target and a lot of servants would be just as much of a target to him. He is around as a fast a servants and unlike something like a spear thrust or a sword swing, a lot his high tier spells have large AoE's that make them much harder to dodge. Not that this is all that relevant with the whole time stop thing.
This is just silly, you are assuming a servants will react to Ainz suddenly appearing outside their field of vision and launching an attack capable of instantly engulfing an area the size of a city block. Even assuming they detect him they wont be able do it before he casts his spell and they also likely wouldn't be able to dodge the spell itself.
Blowing up nazarick is something few servants have power to do and even then parts of Nazarick are basically pocket dimensions that aren't spatially connected to the rest of the superstructure so a big explosion wont fully destroy the tomb. Also Heracles isnt soloing Nazarick, between Ainz and all the floor guardians they have more than enough ways to kill him 12 times. I would argue Karna and Arjuna aren't soloing either sinse they are vunlnerable to time stop spam.
