In the case of Othinus, there’s two deities based on the Norse God, Othinus as we’ve seen and Odin, whose featured in Waltraute’s Marriage another novel by Kamachi that takes place in Norse Mythology

Unexplored Summon Blood Sign treats them as separate character as both were summoned separately. And same with the big crossover of all his works which again featured Othinus and Odin as separate beings and Othinus having some kind of relation to the Norse setting in Waltraute based on Frigg‘s reaction of seeing her.

Don't care what out of universe reason Artoria was made a woman for, it works really well for her character in the story, adding to how much she dehumanized herself to be King and the tragic aspect of that.

She's a peak quality character and that's all I give a fuck about at the end of the day.

And while women could be Queens in real history at that point, there isn't really a point where they were ever knights.

I do remember there being Queens who led armies in Anglo Saxon era England and we all know there were previous examples like Boudicca(overrated as she is) so I can see a version of King Arthur being a woman and not having to hide it.
