It's utterly hilarious for all of their talk about it and going around it, they cannot fathom the fact that being an Asteroid falling onto the Earth isn't the main problem at all but the speed, heat and energy that comes with it(There is a damn good reason why breaking an Asteroid apart does NOTHING to stop the cataclysmic damage that would occur if one was to strike Earth and why Scientists and Nations would instead try and use Nuclear Bombs to divert it's course).
They can't even fathom it for why EMIYA is so deadly as they utterly refuse to see that the energy in his attacks that's enough to turn a cemetery into Hell on Earth means he's actually capable of going well beyond his weight but again, they refuse to take energy, speed or mass into account. Don't even get me started on tensile strength and how they adamantly do not understand how Tanjirou is no match for anyone in MG:R, let alone Raiden.
