Due to him focusing on it to hold back Hajun's law and the fact he is not at the Throne, he cannot use it at its full power; however, he is able to cover himself in an armor of stopped time. His time armor allowed him to resist and counter the law of Hajun(who didn't care about Yato and didn't pay attention to his existence) for 8 thousand years While wearing this armor, any and all attacks against him are completely nullified unless the attack itself is stronger then Yato

Ootake
Tenma Ootake’s Taikyoku, where his very essence has become the depth of pure nothingness, and is required to wear armor to restrict it. If his helmet were to ever be removed, those who look into his eyes will meet their end, regardless if they are abstract, acasual or something similar. Even with his helmet on, his fists still carry the existence erasing properties of his Taikyoku. Like Yakou Madara, he is even capable of erasing his own concept of death, allowing to survive anything and making him virtually unkillable unless killed by a more superior being than himself. Without the armor,his sight will hit and kill utilizing the power that Yato have,becoming Yato's equal via his nature and connection to the latter.

Sukuna
Tenma Sukuna's Taikyoku suppresses all supernatural powers around him, reverting everyone around him to the level of a normal human. The only ways to escape Malignant Tumor Apoptosis's effects are to be stronger then Yato (Since his apoptosis nature nullifies everyone that is weaker or equal to his host), or to already be a normal human who shares Sukuna's rejection of divinity. In the later case, the power will rebound and revert Sukuna to a normal human.

Tenma Akuro's Taikyoku, this instantly poisons and corrodes everything around him to the point of disintegration. Not only matter, but even souls are disintegrated when it is used. If he needs to, he can concentrate the poison into his strikes to increase his destructive power.

Tenma Morei's Taikyoku, which turns her into a being of living flame that can instantly vaporize anything in their vicinity and converts the world around her into a flaming hellscape. These flames can destroy virtually anything, down to souls, metaphysical concepts, and the fabric of space-time itself. When all else fails, Morei can sacrifice her own life to become a star powerful enough to threaten Shiori Kujou even after she achieved Taikyoku.

Tenma Numahime’s Taikyoku, which can use her shadows to drag things down, including souls and other metaphysical objects. The range of her shadows are far greater than what it was in the past, and they can be cast all over a battlefield.
