Her eyes Evolved to where she can instill death on those who lacks it and erase the abstract rules governing how reality works.
Ryougi is consistently top tier physically in every series. Furthermore, physicals are irrelevant in the first place when Void can alter reality and do almost anything.

Characters below them like Reid Astrea (Reinhard's ancestor) has a "cut thru everything" gimmick and he's relativistic-ftl since he cut thru Jiwald, a laser spell that moves as fast as light.
Tho characters way weaker than Reid can get lightspeed scaling with Grimm's feat of dodging Al Jiwald (a stronger version of Jiwald) in the Re: Zero prequel novels.
Top tiers like Cecilus are stated to move as fast as lightning and he lost a duel to Reinhard. His father Rowan could split clouds and Cecilus considers that "child's play".
Oh but you see, he has an answer to that as well. He claims all of Nasu's comments on Ryougi must be "ignored" because he is inconsistent and "contradicts" what's on the novel. Same for Ryougi in FGO, hence why he keeps parroting about this two different canons nonsense.There's a reason why Nasu has stated that Ryougi can only play defense against "Average Servants" and we still haven't seen shit that shows she can do any "omnipotence" to even the degree Manaka can do so in Prototype and even SHE was limited because Nasuverse Earth don't play that.
