Yeah, that's WAY too much for Touma, especially as Marcus isn't getting any real magical or outside amps, those are just all him.
Touma is getting flossed as does most series really.

Marcus has explicitly punched beings that can fly and I think he even outsped a few of them personally, pretty sure even episode 1 Marcus literally punched a flying Champion so...


Yeah, Metro Man has his infamous speed feat in which he basically had hours while everything was basically standing still so MFTL is an understatement for how fast he was.

Also, if I'm remembering Savers/Data Squad correctly, Marcus does these feats through digisoul/aura shenanigans, and not just pure muscle or raw physiology

Much like many things in this hobby, shit like flight only matters relative to the speed of the combatants being similar with sufficient starting distance or superior speed in general.

And Marcus ignores him like he ignores everything else that tries to keep him from punching people. Guy punches out reality warper on a regular basis :zaru

Also does DK Touma have like hypnotism powers or something
 

This. It's why the concept of flight on it's own as SB uses it is... really freaking bad vs. how flight is actually used in most of fiction which is actually more realistic in any fight.
If you ain't fast enough at all for that flight to matter or able to deal with inertia or otherwise, the concept of flight is nothing more than making yourself an obvious as shit bullseye and having long range attacks don't matter if you make it even MORE obvious and your opponent can already react to you.

Ok but are there any actual instances of him ever resisting.. like, literally anything. I can't think of a single ability used unsuccessfully on Marcus in Savers/Data Squad.

DK Touma usually controls the laws of the world through fear. Like, the Crowned Dragon King's presence is so terrifying that the world and all living things obey his orders. Angel Dragon can control people's minds with feathers, only the feathers need touch with humans.

And he can also use his blood to mimic a Rorschach test to pull knowledge from an enemy's mind. He can use this to learn the enemy's magic, but the problem is that Touma himself doesn't know what knowledge he's learning.
 

Well the computer that controls the Data Squad server can't delete him. Also the Royal Knights are supposed to have a bunch of hax abilities. For that matter Myotisomon and MaloMyotisomon are able to mind control anything around them in most of their appearances.

Like if it's just reality warping with another flavor then Masaru literally doesn't care. Dude can override the laws of the Digital World because "fuck you punch harder"
 
Can the version of Yggdrasil in Data Squad even do that to begin with?

I remember a similar conversation on Fanverse regarding the Sovereigns from Adventure being different from other portrayals in the series, so they don't scale like that (same with other Digimon), I believe?

Data squad yggdrasil/king drasil was shown possessing his dad's body including threatening his partner with destroying his body forever was above the other RK and counting the games is also above Lucemon who was going to destroy both worlds and "Everything" in the Dark Area IIRC, just off of memory

Its avatar was defeated by Masaru but it essentially went to sleep
