Yes, Gudao is not a normal human during the course of F/GO. No, Gudao was still within normal human capacity during Okeanos and he didn't outrun Heracles by his own ability !

Herc got hold back by other Servants. Artemis, Atlanta, Mash!

and Heracles bulldozed past those servants like nothing Eurayale asked Ritsuka can he run faster cause Heracles was catching up. Ritsuka is not normal it's been agreed he's actually a freak of nature

But he still got hold back by them and he still manage to catch up with Gudao who have a headstart in getting to the David's Ark!

Ritsuka is non-human in his mentality and soul, not his physical ability!

and Herc was straight up immune to all their attacks since god hand negates all attacks below A rank literally Herc ignored the attacks servant distraction amounted to nothing cause they couldn't even hurt him

Atlanta's attack can reaches A rank!

And Mash doesn't need to attack him, she just need to stand in his way!
