Therefore, we can say that the president can test how good the poison resistance of homelander is by purposefully creating scenarios where Homelander will be poisoned/radiated without him realizing. Such as when he eat, purposefully telling people to give him radiated food/poisonous food like using Cyanide as ingridient. If there are two entities of relative power neither of them can be the 'ONE' but that doesn't take away from their power, since the keyword is 'referred as'; it's a title.2. It contradicts itself as canonically, she is not an Ultimate One yet. In the old continuity? You could make the case but in the new continuity? No. That level of power she has is due to just being a candidate and her state of being.
