Answer (1 of 8): The Universal Emperor VS The Emperor of Destruction The Battle of the Tyrants Versions used will be IDW for Megatron, and Anime/Manga for Frieza And note: This is my opinion on the matter, while others may differ. If the scaling isn’t ideal to you, then it’s because I scale ...

@OtherGalaxy
god this is so bad
tl;dr some main things
-nova using the darkness to zap Optimus isn’t universal because he explicitly needs nega-cores placed in that same arc to allow the dead universe to destroy the main one. When he says the darkness is limitless he’s talking about how the matrix limited him ethically, and the darkness doesn’t. The context of the page and chapter make it very clear.
-megatron fought
part of D’Void, the rest was still in the Dead Universe where Optimus killed it with the matrix. It’s an impressive mindfuck resist feat since D had taken over thousands of decepticons and couldnt get Megatron though, but it is NOT universal
-Galvatron is stronger than Megatron and tore him in half in Dark Cybertron, so Megatron catching Devastator’s punch means little when he lost to Galvatron, the Galvatron “””scaling””” is also terrible and inaccurate because they claim the Nexus Prime he killed is the actual god Nexus Prime, when it wasn’t. It was almost guaranteed to be a post-shroud non singularity Nexus Prime. Any true 13 member solos IDW Transformers effortlessly, especially the Nexus that did the shroud feat. Even if it
was the real deal it would only be an avatar, like how Vector Prime’s are around galaxy to universe+ but true form Vector Prime is way stronger. The 13 are drastically different in each universe their avatars exist in, by this guy’s logic Bayformers Fallen, Optimus etc are all universal at
minimum -The entropy storm fucks with time, and ore-13 resonates with it, but this isn’t really the same thing at all as giving people amped on it universal strength. IDW Unicron also has all of the ores and was only a galaxy level threat, not universal
-Megatron and Optimus nearly die numerous times to planet level weapons after dark cybertron when their supposedly universal feats happen, they are both also explicitly weaker than Phase Sixers, who wipe out life in planets
most importantly any idea that D Void was a threat to every universe is both hyperbole and nonsense. Nova Prime historically does not know what the fuck he is talking about, like it’s an actual character trait he has, he tells people what to do and makes them figure it out. We also know from dark cybertron that the dead universe is just a regular universe Shockwave siphoned all the life from, and AVP establishes it as a pocket universe (though transformers legends game also says it’s a mirror of the main one). It isn’t multiversal and does not have any feats to suggest such.
Megatron’s anti matter is planetary but it would kill him in the process
that guy wasted all that time writing that when he could have just read the Gen Selects manga, where Megatron has several universe++++ and multiversal feats
IDW is like continent level maybe with planet level suicide attacks
