Super inconsistent, I've done a ton of calcs however and most consistently he is single-triple digit megajoules with 2-3 existing gigajoule level feats.

Hell there's an argument to be made about some of that applying to his physical strikes given he's >>> other spartans in HtH, even fighting others who can hurt him in HtH 
99% of verses in the OBD are carried by 1-2 feats. The consistency argument should only apply to verses like DC/Marvel.

The Hardlight Shield would bump his durability to small city level since some of the Hardlight tech was intact after the 30 megaton nuke as Cortana was able to harness the tech at the end of Halo 4.Master Chief is only building level in SBland, lmao. The UNSC should incorporate that tech into the Spartans energy shield.

I assume the wraith feats? I recalced them however. His durabiltiy is pretty consistently megajoules aside for Hardlight Shield even the plasma grenade feat peaks at triple digit megajoules I just calculated. His punching strength I keep consistently getting to be triple digit kilojoules.

Just replayed some Doom Eternal and can confirm even with just gameplay feats vs all lore Chief, Doomslayer simply fucking wrecks. The sheer amount of weapons and the level of destruction they do at such a rapid pace means Chief's only advantage is speed. Doomslayer is much stronger, much more versatile, and his combat style is just too overwhelming..

Looking at this from the perspective of the OBD, and how we've done things for years, even the years when I was a lurker? He's 100% city block level. Obviously most feats are around wall/small building level but the OBD also realizes that aiming for consistency in a work is the quickest way to downplay the hell out of settings, and most of the average setting's power comes from a select few feats. Which in this case is no different.
