No official DB but there was a 1 minute melee between Sakura and RinIt's all jokes.
Besides, Pax's boy Touma technically has been on death battle now, though not as a combatant yet, before any nasuverse character. Same with Accelerator.
I’m going to be honest, Touma would kinda suck for DB. The only interesting version of him would be the brief St. Germain-Touma from GT volume 2
And he’s at a disadvantage just from existing in this state, dying from a vicious double whammy of the St. Germain microbes breaking down his body the longer he’s infected and the constant use of magic while as an Esper destroying him further, both of which are fatal by themselves already.

Yeah I saw the video and I knew Sakura was gonna win because it's DBX, it's just there to have battles for the sake of it. The Comment Section knows Rin losing is full of shit when they gave Sakura everything, I can't even find people happy that she won and the video is 6 years old.
Like atleast Sakura won something... even if it's from the equivalent of a joke battle no one takes seriously because she ain't never getting another one.

Polka Dot Man also has some mainstream clout now from Gunn's Suicide Squad, so it could be interesting. Though they are both still pretty far down the list of their respective rogue galleries that it would be weird to see them before Green Goblin or Doc Ock get a feature.
Even as far as Spider-Man vs Batman goes, they still have Lizard vs Killer Croc and Black Cat vs Catwoman as thematic match-ups, which while obvious outcomes, would probably be more iconic and popular with the casual audiences and take priority. Though Polka Dot vs Spot sounds a lot more fun to me in terms of potential choreography.
