I was talking about Manga Tetsuo, I have no idea how Movie Tetsuo scales in the OBD

IIRC Magneto was around Large Planet to possibly Solar System level plus FTL speed, and Tetsuo was continent level with relativistic speed

I thought Tetsuo was universal level at his peak dude to being able to harness the energy of The Big Bang.

And come out on top as the victor this time with his Archie form.

But not without giving a Dragon Ball a more reasonable non-wanked W in another DB episode first at least.

If they go with Archie Shadow, they're gonna use Heroes Vegeta like they gave Heroes to Goku for GvS3 (and they'd also give Vegeta the immeasurable speed they gave Goku for that fight, as silly as it is).

That plus Forced Spirit Fission potentially separating the Chaos Emeralds from Super Shadow could definitely give it to Vegeta.

There no point in using Archie Shadow given he offers nothing that canon shadow can't do beyond having better stats and I don't see Vegeta coming back anytime soon
