I think you're heavily understanding the likelihood of Gad being lynchable off the back of the fact that no one else has really talked about him.
No, he would need someone else to ask him, or several other people. He would be difficult and as obnoxious as possible. He would not just claim for me first time of asking. At the very minimum, he would make me ask several times.
At the time I made the list both Arne and Sharter made some posts that made me pause and reconsider a bit.

Alco is my weakest scum read I just feel like the way he mentioned me and my past games tunnel of him being similar to this and then not voting me but just going for Sparkles who was a consensus lynch a bit weird, if he feels like its such a homerun he should pursue it from a town POV idk though what do you think?

I think the point you and Guillo have made are fine. I don't know how much of it really applies to Alco because he's never been the easiest read, but at the very least I think it justifies some pressure. His reaction to that would probably be more telling.
