Basic rundown
Both Gamma Bros were comparable to Goku and Vegeta(Blueberry forms)
Gamma 1 could keep up with Ultimate Gohan
Ultimate Piccolo was able tangle with Gamma 2 tho in the end was getting over powered which leads to his new form

Orange Piccolo tanks repeated punches from Gamma 2 and one shots him

Orange Piccolo also puts up a decent foght against Cell Max and was able to restrain him long enough for Gohan to deliver the final blow

I do think Piccolo can tank attacks better than Freeza though, so lizard probably loses in the end

Gamma 2 had to suicide himself to cripple Cell Max and Cell Max was still was overpowering Orange Piccolo
Gotenks only damaged his weakspot he still couldn't do shit to Cell Max otherwise

Not really, Vegeta cant be beat by saibaman like he kills 60 as a kid for training
Yamcha got first got restrained showing physical power by the saibaman before blowing up ending them both

Even if you look at that same fight, chaozu with his suicide attack did no better then chaozu who was getting slammed into the back of a mountain
Same goes with angry gohan versus nappa or tien versus nappa. Tenshinhan's suicide attack did zero damage to nappa


Tenshinhan did the whole, Shin kikoho thing versus semi perfect cell but that's more of a outlier considering how badly 17 manhandled the triclops
