I'm happy to explain why it was approved, but I'm not really sure it's going to be a good faith discussion. The general thinking is that it offers some niche utility for him, was catchable on the basis that it would be a very strong role for the town to have which already had a jailer and a bodyguard, and otherwise required a net loss for him to use purely to ingratiate himself with the town. He had no form of investigation immunity - hard to kill at night except the Mafia had an execute and a strongman (he had a strongman too). Overall I feel like the role was catchable, just not easy.

Which part of the above do you believe is way off here?

Just say you meant the role to confirm itself and trick town.

if you approved the game and co/hosted it. you're view is going to be its not bastard though. so you viewpoint makes zero sense lol. its already from a bias POV
