And thing is he originated in the same Kanto as Red too.
Which mean he should have encountered Red before. Okay first time I used him, Ash Pikachu has 4 moves like any other pokemon.
thing is 1 of his move is locked for indefinite number of times until you use the same 3 moves, the only move you can use 3 times is thunder which has shit damage. Like dude. They did Ash dirty. because by the time you use 3 moves in the game you are either dead or the game has ended.
