OBD Convo #46: No Matter What!

Yhwach was the villain that gets hyped so that Kubo could suck Aizen dick by throwing him in the final fight :skully

Honest to god, the only time Yhwach ever got ANY type of glaze that Sukuna got... was when he made Muken Aizen look like an absolute chump... and even THAT was only truly clarified in an interview at the end of the day.

At least despite lolAlmighty his fight with Ichibei really had him going fully serious to deal with Ichibei even if it asspulled stuff

He also went fully serious against Ichigo and the dude still lost to a tired and fucked up Ichigo without his Hollow and Quincy Powers with just his Bankai...
The dude was literally doing everything possible so that Ichigo wouldn't even HAVE his Bankai against him, it was that ridiculous looking at it.

Speaking of it i hope the anime redo the fight to actually make almighty to actually make sense

Honestly looking back at it, The Almighty was actually explained pretty well but the problem is that people basically went full VSB on it without thinking on it for 2 goddamned seconds and believed it was impossible to deal with for anyone(Despite Aizen and Uryu easily having the means to deal with it) and that it has actual genuine flaws.
If anything, I do want a better explanation only to really have it rubbed in how limited it is and how genuinely Uryu can body the dude with The Anti-Thesis.

Assuming I was plucked and dropped into the YuGiOh world? GX Asuka/Alexis, easily, to answer the question. She can actually get Ws(when counting on and off-screen, she has the highest win ratio of any female main character in YuGiOh, by a landslide:kobeha) in her series, and I'll take that(fun challenge dueling her and bantering, as well as her having my back) and a slightly less top heavy version of her over a dead-weight L magnet, whose only saving grace is a bigger cup size. Arc-V did her dirty as hell, even with an upgraded deck.:mjlol

No denying that. Got it the worst among returning characters from previous Yugioh’s in Arc V

Arc V also did Aster Phoenix dirty as well

The first rival that actually beat the main charatcer in his series (leaving Kite aside) and he only got a tie and a loss against Yuya

:smh
That's bad, but the fact that that's still better treatment than what Asuka/Alexis got just says it all.

Arc-V really did take the golden shovel to GX, huh? :wow

And I still deeply regret throwing away my SNES at the end of 2002. At a time when I was about to get a Gamecube as the console's supposed "replacement" for my main console to play back in my last semester of elementary school.

To this date, it remains one of the shittiest and most dumbass decisions I had ever made at any point of my entire life span so far.

Even buying an SNES Mini didn't completely erase nor fully negate the pain and sadness of throwing away my original SNES console (even if it only had a handful of games at most). I still remember putting my Super Mario stickers on that shit. It would take the Time Stone or the Reality Stone or maybe even the full Infinity Gauntlet itself to bring back my original SNES back from the trash heap or the depths of heaven (or hell) somewhere and thus completely heal the wounds and scars of my regret and shame.

I'd like to add that the only notable thing that I can think of that I regret not keeping in my house to this day more than my old SNES itself is the old children's karaoke sing-along tape on VHS of what is actually my original anime childhood icon (and my single absolute best childhood anime surpassing the first season of Pokemon at its height and even Totoro/Studio Ghibli's films and Doraemon and whatever other nice wholesome classic kids anime I've briefly seen from the 80's and 90's in passing) if not potentially THE one true absolute GOAT of my entire childhood as a whole...

As well as one volume of the original manga it's based on. I should have never given it away to one of my cousins before they moved to Arizona in 2007 when I started high school.

I would happily give anyone in this thread a rep if they can guess the correct answer lol.
