That is the DBS Manga though which is shit beyond shit.
The Anime has it's problems by alot but dear god does the Manga amplify and magnify it to an artform with a hack behind it.

Like jeez, only Manga Jiren could be ever said to be better and that was due to Toriyama being such a lazy ass, he basically told the team they got Jiren wrong... after just giving them a design and telling them fucking NOTHING, even after they made his damn theme song and Xenoverse styled him after Toppo(like the Anime nearly did).
