The closest thing we know is that Toriyama has stated the DBZ Universe is around like x10 the size of our Observed Region if I'm right... but this doesn't include the Kaio Universe and the Afterlife which is the same size.

Yeah. They retconned the four galaxy thing and now its like four superclusters of galaxies.

We could calculate the size if we could find that Toriyama statement. But I don't think it would matter much in this debate. DBS characters are so high on the universal scale that they eclipse most others in the same tier. I'm also 99% sure the multipliers in SM are significantly lower compared to DBS; and in addition they are multiplying from base universal.
