Can someone just walk me through what they think happened with ultra getting the results he got from magic? Do you think it's entirely fake or scum used a redirection type role and ultra had foreknowledge and wanted to come off oblivious, hopefully getting magic mislynched first?

My problem with polar being scum is his claimed action doesn't really do anything for the ultra/magic situation, feels pretty tangential i.e not teamed

Oh well it works both ways. As scum he's the rolecop, well I'm assuming at least, and so he would get a role result back and it wouldn't come back as Mason which should tip him off. But why flip me with ichago?


Ultra also went for Tweet and while Tweet was Indy he still wasn't scum and I just don't see Ultra missing this much as town. It's hard to reconcile.

It was a position I arrived at looking at how Ultra suspected Tweet as a heavy busser for voting you, but also said that you weren't really on his radar anymore since day 2. I don't remember why his suspicion lowered, might read back there

To trick good players into thinking you're town or at the very least not scum you don't play with an end game in mind because they'll see through it(unless preoccupied with something else).

That means if you do something that has no rhyme or reason they won't be able to deduce it was scummy because it wasn't. It was just stupid to do as scum so why do it.

This is why i keep calling it like wifom


My last two games ended with game costing thunderdomes with cp and gram and as much fun as those are I'd prefer not doing it again. I can't reconcile ultra being this bad as town but I couldn't reconcile that for them either. They also both thought I was scum for pushing them in those gamesm So Maybe not the best approach unless others genuinely believe my arguments.
