considering how fast you could read the dialogue in the scene, i think a minute is a good estimate
its pretty brief with elita interrupting wheeljack and she doesnt even get to finish what shes saying before shockwave kills her

• According to the special effects team, Shockwave's Driller is the length of three football fields, making it roughly 1080 feet long.
