This is actually pretty accurate compared with the energy of an average solar flare (around 10^20 joules). Lio de Galon withstands the Absolute Zero Heat Death Cannon for almost a minute, and it's Burnish flames overwhelms and disables Krazor X, though it too is destroyed.

Varys freezes a Burnish Snake and shatters it. The scaling on this will not be easy, but we can find at least a good segment of the frozen structure. Varys is pretty tall, so we'll need to scale his height. Thankfully, one of the artbooks does show the characters next to each other (I remember another, better, official height chart too, but can't seem to find it at the moment). Previously for Lio, I used the average height of an American man, that being 5 feet 9 inches, or 1.7526m (the below chart is from The Battle of Geekboat).

When Supernatural Battles Become Commonplace - Hatoko brings up magma

Hatoko combines earth and fire manipulation together to make lava, which Chifuyu stops by creating more rock on top of where the lava would erupt. I was wondering about this one for a while, if Hatoko brought lava up from below or just melted the ground directly below her. However, going by the original novels, this magma was originally deep below the ground, as Chifuyu creates new stratum to slow it down.
The rock wall vanished as Hatoko spread her arms wide open. On some instinctual level, I could tell what she was doing: she was focusing on two different types of power at once; directing on of them into her right hand and the other into her left.
"Put fire and earth together, and you geeet..." Hatoko crouched down, planting both of her hands on the ground and channeling their contrasting elements simultaneously. "Maaagma!"
The ground rumbled with a thunderous crash.
I looked back to the battlefield, and I was surprised to find that nothing in particular was happening at all. No...it looked like nothing was happening, but the moment I noticed how fierce the two of them were concentrating, I realised I was wrong. The arena was calm at a glance, but behind closed doors-nay, beneath the surface, the battle still raged on.
If Hatoko's move had gone as planned, the moment she'd laid hands upon the ground, the earth would've roared, the battlefield would've been cleaved in twain, and a geyser of red-hot magma would've erupted from the crevasse. The almighty Empress of Genesis across the field from her, however, had no intention of letting that happen.
As best as I could tell, for every layer of earth Hatoko's magma surged through, Chifuyu was creating another stratum to hold it down. She was effectively putting a lid on the eruption, over and over again.
"World Create's most dangerous attribute isn't the breadth or number of weapons it can create, "I exposited. "No-it's most fearsome trait by far is the speed of its powers of creation!"
If Chifuyu felt like it, she could activate her power literally instantaneously. Rapid-fire activations were a snap as well.
Given it bursts through different stratum of earth, that would mean it requires coming from deep underground. Not only that, but Chifuyu was fast enough to create whole new stratum to halt the eruption. Hatoko is 16 as of the start of the series, and the average height of a 16 year old Japanese girl is between 157cm and 158cm (or an average of 157.5cm, or 1.575m).

A drill bullet was fired at an unknown enemy. A drill-type missile that pierces the armour of an enemy plane, rushes inside, and explodes. Explosions occur near enemy ships.
"All bullets hit, but the don't penetrate enemy armour. They bounce back drill bullets."
"What a tough enemy."
Without heeding Dayaka's wailing, Attenborough fires away.
"Even so, I'll shoot, I'll shoot, I'll shoot!"
The perforating drill bullets are fired in rapid succession. A rain of drills hit the enemy. Illuminated by the missiles exploding around them, the enemy's figure appeared on the monitor. It was writhing like howling. Attenborough's unreasonable barrage of shots paid off. Although it can not penetrate, the continuous attack and chain of drill bullets stopped the enemies special attack.
"Now, shake off the enemy!"
Simon pressed the lever.
Every cell in his body screamed. Within each cell a new universe is born. That energy would pour into Gurren Lagann using all his nerves. That was the image in his head.
The Super Galaxy Dai-Gurren sped up.

However, the Nanda-class also increased its speed.
It is an aircraft specialized for combat in this ultra-high density space. In terms of mobility, it was superior to Super Galaxy Dai-Gurren.
Simon's desperate resistance was overtaken by the Nanda-class.
The tip of the Nanda-class running side by side split in two. It had sharp fangs. They are trying to chew up the bridge of the Super Galaxy Gurren Lagann.
The moment I tried to eat it, the Nanda-class was repelled.
A Super Spiral Field was deployed.
Simon summoned up his strength and increased his Spiral Power.

The Ancient Spiral Fleets destroy several Ashtanga and take out a good part of what very much looks like a galaxy. Although the scene is slightly different between Childhood's End and Parallel Works, the feat remains the same. It's also worth noting that we see at least two shots of the galaxy, one before the beam hits it and another during/after the attack.

Kazuki Nakashima (the writer of Gurren Lagann) has also made a comment (in relation to an article about how the disappearance of 100 stars has scientists baffled, and aliens haven't been ruled out yet) that it might have been during the Spiral/Anti-Spiral War (although he also says it may have been a galaxy-sized Life Fiber Monster or a Complete Combustion). Although this is somewhat of a jokey comment, it still backs up the power of the Spirals races and the Anti-Spiral (as well as confirming that there are galaxy-sized Life-Fiber Monsters out there, but that's a discussion for another time).
