the VA is fine outside combat, but yeah it's leaning into being "insane" too much which causes it to sound so off.

The WiiU is not a bad console. It gave us Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze and Bayonetta 2 and those were genuinely great games

You got an older looking woman covered in sick armour...who has a child like high pitched voice, it doesn't make any sense to me either way.
Younger characters like Illya get a pass BECAUSE she is a child but it doesn't really work here.
