Don't tell me about how the the ocean is only 10,000 meters deep. In the first place, the first thing they say about Fishman Island upon seeing it in person is that its massive (both the color scan and Viz). Mind you, this entire misadventure is supposed to take place underneath the Red Line, in some tiny hole that runs underneath it (the full viz and the full color). It's literally directly underneath Mary Geoise straight down. If the depth is only 10,000 meters from top to bottom counting the entire height of the submerged Redline, the hole in question that hosts this arc of the story would be some tiny hand full of kilometers tall, Fishman Island could be measured in hundreds of meters, Surume wouldn't fit on it. The Thousand Sunny would be a substantial fraction of its overall size.

Nah, I'm more than happy to accept that the very top of Fishman Island is 10,000 meters beneath the waves, but that's about it.

How am I modeling the feat?

Well, as you can see from this scan, Law cut clean through to the other side of the island (we can see the sky and all, rather than having it be obstructed by other peaks), roughly reaching the coast from where they are located on Punk Hazzard (reference the diagram here and here). For the diameter of the ejected mass, I'll be using the radius of Punk Hazzard as a rough approximate and use the mountain I scaled in the above image to function as the very top of the cone I'll be treating it as rather than scale a bunch of mountains until my eyes bleed. Its a fairly average looking mountain and if you were to fold the other mountains down, the overall volume would roughly reflect some kind of cone anyway.

Would have preferred just scaling all this from the image I got the size of Punk Hazzard from, but being covered in all the gas kind of made it a bitch to fully measure the peaks in general.
