Alright, let's lay out all the context

Before anything else, while Pitou's En normally extends 2 kilometers, during the Invasion their range is increased by the threat presented by Zeno's Dragon Dive.

Furthermore, we see Zeno and Netero surfing and falling alongside the Dragon Dive at the same speed

The moment the Dragon Rain breaks apart into numerous seperate Dragons is the same moment the Palace Invasion begins for Gon and friends.

This same moment in time, Pitou leaps into the air and finds Netero falling with the Dragon as he's far more dangerous than the Dragon. Netero attacks Pitou while he himself is falling and sends Pitou flying. Concurrent with Pitou's flight of 500 meters outside the Palace walls, halting, and falling 100 additional meters, 0.96 seconds have passed and the first of Zeno's dragon's have reached the ground (notice the ones closest to the exterior wall, quite a few have hit the ground). 0.96 seconds was how the last chapter ended, but we're given the recap in the next one as I already linked, with the Palace Invasion Squad not having moved much from where they all were at 0.96 seconds, making any perceived difference in time negligible). After having fallen some more/time passing (Pitou had to have fallen some more, notice how the Dragons that had impacted the ground towards the exterior wall have long since fully traveled into the ground and a fuckton of dust from the Dragons pulverzing parts of the palace has been kicked up), Pitou activates their En, falls to the ground from the remaining distance they need to travel, and leaps to where Meruem's location is in the Palace. The time of 3.01 seconds occurs before Pitou activates their En. Its at 3.28 seconds that Youpi smashes the staircase as its noted to have occurred concurrent to Pitou reaching Meruem.

So?

Basically, I'll be getting a speed for the Dragon Dive, Netero's Attack, and Pitou's combined En and Jump speed.

500 meters (Green Line) = 184 pixels (I was able to use a ratio between the palace size in meters and the stated 500 meters to figure out where Pitou would be located relative to the Palace wall)

I could shave off some of the time assuming I could know how high Pitou was in the air and how fast they were falling, but I can't derive that with the data I have.

He's able to perceive Netero's hand motions, if barely.

Netero's only move faster than him is this hand movement here and here. If you have the 2nd image at its full size instead of fit to screen, you'll notice he got his arms up in time to block Ichi no Te from point blank range

And we already know Adult Gon is Pre-Rose Meruem's peer from Pitou's evaluations (actually, pretty easy to determine by comparing Adult Gon's kick, let alone his Jajanken, to Meruem's intention to decapitate Pitou)
