Calc The curse of the non mountains (Sonic CD)

Calculations
calc request from dudebro
sonic destroys the top of a hill (8:24)

i'll be calcing the energy needed to perform this feat
rock volume
gSPM8Yd.jpg

according to the wiki sonic is 100 cm tall (335px)
the smaller part of the chain is 355.11px
making it 106 cm
which i will assume this is the chain width
AzwjVhO.jpg

chain width in the panel is 8.6px (106cm)
top of the hill length is 337px
top of the hill heigth is 392px
THL=41.537 meters
THH=48.316 meters
TH radius=41537/2
THR=20.768
inplugging these values on the cone calculator i get 21822.7 m^3

Energy low end fragmentation
he destroyed the rock with big deebris so i will use fragmentation (8j/cc)
Energy=volume of rock*rock fragmentation
E=21822700000 x 8
E=174581600000 joules
or
41.7260038 tons of tnt
multi city block level
Energy KE (High end)
KE=m*V^2*0.5
pretty straight forward
rock density is 2,700 kg/m^3
Mass=density x volume
Mass=2700 x 21822.7
Mass= 58921290 kg
i'll calc how much and how fast sonic dash moved the rock
this is the distance it instantly moved away
GVu9Hd7.jpg

the proportions on this frame are the same of the one i previously scalled
which means that 106 cm are equal to 8.6px
and the rocks moved 58 px
making the distance the rock crossed into 715 cm
timeframe can
properly be seen
here
at 19:00 the mountain is unfazed, the energy starts expansioning at 19:03 and finally explodes at around 19:13 fragmentating by 19:17
which means it takes about 0:04 seconds for the mountain initial fragmentation
V=S/T
V=7.15/0.04
V=178.75 m/s
KE=58921290 x 178.75^2 *0.5
KE=941313640008 joules
or
224.979359 tons of tnt
or high end multi city block level
i will never get a true mountain busting will i ? :defeat
