Could have looked at Goki smacking Yusuke with part of a tree, but getting a KE for that is kind of impossible without assuming Goki's arm speed.
Goki leaping requires knowing how far the kid ran to even try to get something accurate.
However?
Goki has steel tough skin, thus I'm be using square cube law to get his skin's volume and then applying our fracture value for steel to that *shrugs*
So let's try it.

So, apparently the average adult has about 3.6 kilograms of skin. 1.7 meters as an average height will thus be used for the theoretical human sized Goki.
I didn't derive Goki's full height (only about 3.007 meters of it to the bottom of his calf), but I got most of it and that will be what is represented here.
Just divide the mass of skin by around water density (1,000 kg/m^3) to get the volume (not exact, but I can't find a skin density in kg/m^3).
Goki's Skin Volume = 0.0036(3.007/1.7)^3 = 0.02 m^3
208 j/cc
Energy Needed to Harm Goki's Steel Tough Skin = 4,160,000 joules or 994.264 grams
That's... fairly in line with his feats actually
Either way, Kurama and Hiei are beyond Goki so anything he did here they can do better.

The Feat
Now, you're probably asking... how?
Notice, Yusuke's basically shot the Reigan through Goki's mouth, through his spinal cord or the nerves connected to it, and out the other side. Ergo, the nerve signals that travel to his brain that would keep his ass standing, his arms up in the air, essentially anything keeping Goki from falling over? Those signals have effectively been cut off.
Ergo, however fast those nerve signals would be traveling determine how fast the Reigan is relative to how far they have to travel.

At least Yusuke by Hiei's fight scales to Kurama's feat from Two Shot, the prequel. He's arguably not too much slower than Jagan Form Hiei that dodged his Reigan either, able to throw a punch in the time it took Hiei to get behind him would be little more than 2 times slower really.

Essentially, due to past precedent of observing his father's anger and how it effects Earth, Koenma fears the kind of collateral that'll occur in the world of the living should Enma learn of and become pissed that his son was doing a shit enough job a trio of D Class demons could waltz into their treasury and steal valuable artifacts.
Now, what's doing?
Let's focus on the Great Kanto Earthquake for a start as a low end.
I don't advocate the low end, as the Great Kanto Earthquake didn't cause Mount Fuji to erupt, but let's start there as the basement
Wikipedia lists 3 different moment magnitude values at 7.9, 8.0, and 8.2 (the 8.0 and 8.2 being from scholarly articles... shame they're in fucking Japanese, but you can at least ctrl+F 8.0 and 8.2 respectively in each to find their mention)
The 7.9 MMS yields 8.729714 * 10^20 joules or 208.645 gigatons
The 8.0 MMS yields 1.233105 * 10^21 joules or 294.719 gigatons
The 8.2 MMS yields 2.460368 * 10^21 joules or 588.042 gigatons
Like I said though, Mount Fuji didn't erupt, so this would be the low end ignoring the full context.
So, what would it take to theoretically cause the dormant Fuji to Erupt?
The Hoei Earthquake of 1707 is suggested to have potentially caused Fuji to erupt... 49 days after the earthquake occurred.
So still seems kind of like a low end given that's something of a lack of immediate urgency.
Hoei's MMS ranges from 8.7 to a 9.3 apparently. So there seems to be a toss up between it and the Tohoku Earthquake as japan's worst I suppose *shrugs*
