He can, but in DBH Gogeta's FPSSJ4 is explictly stronger than Vegito's FPSSJ4 in the exact same arc vs the exact same Villains, so if they are composting they straight up ignored their own rules there. Or they take guidebooks and the proven unreliable Elder Kai's word as providence over what else has been shown and stated for a composite character
I don't recall this at any point especially wouldn't rely on the anime version of it to judge it

Goetia's more likely opponent, if he ever gets on, is Zamasu anyway. Either way, I am quite curious at this point how they'll tackle Fate, when it eventually makes it on the show.

Merged Zam has plenty of picks. Goetia? Not so much. Merged Zam is hilariously enough his best option, from what I've seen.

To clarify on this, I can understand why they find Fate(Or the Nasuverse as a whole) scary to research:
- Everyone has their ways on where the Nasuverse stands at, not helped by the constant interpretation Nasu contradicts himself coming in constantly.
- Most of the research on how to find out is primarily by going through multiple series at the very least(Since while some are brought up, they are usually clarified in a different series)
- The entire deal with Planetary Nasuverse is contentious despite it being very easily clarified why that's the case.
- The Nasuverse Planet itself(Amongst other shit) cannot be simply clarified as Planet level alone.
I mean, it's pretty easy to just go "Moon Cell GG" by comparison.
Yeah, I don't see Goetia at all but rather the faces of the series like Arcueid, Saber, Shiki, Shirou, that shit.
