Fire archetypes are practically non-existent in Yugioh and the least supported type in general. By process of being the only 3 notable Fire themes in all 6 series, it’s going to be Salamangreat, Volcanics, and Burning Knuckler,

Used by that one-note student from GX. That’s like if that princess character with the Frogs got selected for the Water Duelist Packs. And Frogs unlike Horus are actually a viable deck with years of support.

I mean the main reason Horus never gets support is because its just a stronger Spell Cancellor and everyone already hates Spell Cancellor.

Evolsaur was used by one of the main villains in Zexal as well weren't they? or well the Xyz monster at least. I think Laval was also used in Zexal.

Shaddolls for years had Construct banned and only got her back when their new Structure Deck was announced. Everything Burning Abyss on the list went straight to 3 besides Beatrice to sell new Phantom Knights too.

Evols and Lavals weren’t used in Zexal, just archetypes made in that era. The only Fire themes featured in Zexal were Burning Knuckler and Coach.
Going to suck even more when Silent Swordsmen / Magician gets picked for the upcoming Light Duelist pack.
Being used by Yugi and already having existing support to work with definitely makes them a candidate for Duelist Pack
